We take great care in crafting our premium chocolates and ensuring they reach you in perfect condition. As a result, we do not offer refunds for any orders. All sales are final. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

Damage Products

As we take utmost care in packaging as well as shipping, we hardly have any damage complains, however if your product arrives in damage conditions,​ you are requested to take video and photos and we will try to get refund through shipping insurance claim, however please note Kovya is not responsible for any damage to the product during shipping and offer no refunds directly.
